In May 2022, DSP, the UK's Leading Oracle Partner acquired Claremont to further expand their Oracle expertise. The acquisition builds on DSP’s “Oracle Anywhere” strategy enabling it to deliver a 360° Oracle services portfolio and form one of the most comprehensive Oracle Partner service offerings in Europe.
The NT uses Oracle E-Business Suite as its CRM System to manage member transactions. Our Managed Services team reduced the support backlog of incidents, problems, and changes in the NT’s CRM system.
Claremont has provided a solution capable of booking, managing, maintaining and analysing Unite Students’ complete property portfolio, allowing them to significantly differentiate themselves from their competitors.
Stonewater chose DSP to consolidate and migrate their assets to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure with an Oracle EBS Cloud Deployment, leading to a significantly reduced TCO.
As we come to the end of what has been an extraordinary year, I would like to take this opportunity to personally thank our clients for your continued custom and support during 2020.
I’m happy to report that Claremont has continued to go from strength to strength during this challenging period. We are delighted to have been able to renew existing long-term relationships with current customers and expand our portfolio by delivering services to a number of new customers. It’s been great to welcome on board a number of new employees into the Claremont family, adding to our exceptionally talented team.
It’s been a significant year of development for Claremont. Earlier this year, we completed our ISO27001 accreditation, confirming our information security credentials. We also achieved our first ever listings on G-Cloud, meaning better access to our services for public sector procurement teams.
Our overall monthly customer satisfaction score reached new peaks on no fewer than four occasions, as our customers recognised the work of the team, who responded exceptionally well in the face of demands caused by the pandemic. We were also honoured to collect our best ever haul at the UKOUG Partner of the Year awards, picking up an award in each of the six categories for which we were shortlisted. These awards are particularly cherished by the team, because they are voted for by our customers.
Great people deliver great service. We were absolutely thrilled to be awarded Investors in People Platinum this year. Platinum is the highest level of accreditation, awarded to less than 2% of organisations assessed, and means that policies and practices around supporting people are embedded in every corner of the business. In addition, we picked up the Better Health at Work Bronze award in recognition of the work that the team has done in promoting both physical and mental health during this challenging year.
