Oracle Enterprise Command Center for HR & Payroll 12.2.11

Oracle has confirmed that Oracle EBS R12.2.11 will include an all-new Enterprise Command Center dedicated to Oracle Payroll.

For those unfamiliar with Enterprise Command Center (ECC), this is free dashboard reporting functionality provided by Oracle for E-Business Suite R12.2.

Out of the box, the Interactive User Interface provides a graphical representation of your data, and functionality to drill down into the underlying details. Data sets and dashboards can also be customised to meet your specific needs.

 

 

Oracle ECC dashboards are a neat way of visualising your data:

  • Proactively highlighting areas of potential concern for Review (via pre-configured info. tiles)
  • Enables Payroll Managers to compare/reconcile figures within & across current year periods
  • Supports expedient investigation of queries via dynamic search and drill-down functionality.

Data can even be exported to Excel at the touch of a button, for further analysis.

This compliments the Human Resource ECC (introduced from 12.2.9) that enables you to search for employees within your organization [limited by security profile]. Managers can compare employee details (side-by-side) and drill into Talent Profiles (if licensed)
