Arqiva a leading UK communications infrastructure company using Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to manage its payroll for employees and pensioners. Their Managed Service contract was ending imminently, and they required a provider who could design a new payroll process to support both legislative and business change as well as undertake their EBS Managed Service.

In the past 14 years Barnardo’s have significantly grown their headcount, volunteers and charity shops. Barnardo’s utilises Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) to rollout self service Human Resources and recruitment. The use of a complex Position structure was time consuming and restrictive and was preventing Barnardo’s from realising the benefits of their existing HCM Implementation.
