Claremont Cloud is provided out of fully redundant Tier III+ UK based data centres ensuring full compliance with security requirements and GDPR. The hosting technology is based on industry recognised Oracle Virtualisation technology such that the environments can be configured optimally to adhere to Oracle’s complex licensing requirements.
Claremont can tailor a hosting solution specific to customer requirements. Our background is in hosting Oracle solutions, but we also have a proven track record of hosting non-Oracle technologies. This allows a customer to use a single supplier for hosting requirements across all technology verticals.
Our Infrastructure and DBA teams will assist in designing a solution that is configured optimally to provide the required level of performance, often consolidating and modernising architecture to this end and reducing the overall spend without compromising on performance. We also ensure that the solution will be compliant with any licensing or legislative requirements a customer may have.
Claremont will provide a dedicated project manager to oversee the project to migrate existing systems to Claremont Cloud hosting to ensure minimal business disruption through the transition phase.
Once live, Claremont will provide a dedicated Service Manager and a named Primary Consultant for each service line being delivered to ensure that the BAU solution is supported and managed.
