Oracle ECC Deployments
Enterprise Command Centers (ECCs) are a major benefit of the upgrade to release for E-Business Suite (EBS) R12.2 as they come ‘free’ with the move to Oracle E-Business R12.2. There are no additional license costs although there may be additional infrastructure requirements to run the ECC dashboards.
Out-of-the-box ECCs provide customers with the ability to identify and respond to key business transactions without the need for a custom reporting solution. They provide dashboard-style reporting and intelligence and the ability to drill into specific areas to see a more detailed view of transactional data.

Claremont Oracle EBS Customers
"Claremont are a trusted partner because they bring us peace of mind. As well as saving us time and money with an effective and well-executed data cleanse, their ongoing managed service has always been exceptional. As such, we would have no hesitation in recommending them to other organisations."
Head of Business Applications | LSER
"Claremont is a breath of fresh air. Through their processes and ‘can do’ ethos they have delivered support environments that are of such a high quality and up-to-date - overnight in some cases - that enables us to be much more efficient in diagnosing and resolving issues. This has meant that the Trust can now start to do CRM rather than just talk about its systems."
EBS Programme Director | National Trust
"The new system is at the heart of many key operational processes. A robust, scalable solution supports both planned revenue growth as well as delivering key operational efficiencies, such as the move from paper-based to online tenancies. The booking and maintenance system will be critical to Unite Students’ growth strategy."
